This article will show you how to navigate to the correct page in your MonitorBase account to make your preferred payment method ACH and input your information.
- Login to your MonitorBase account.
- Click your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen and select "Billing Information."
- On this page, click the "Payment Information" button on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Complete all of the required fields under "Store Banking Information" being sure the banking information is accurate.
- Click the "Store New Payment Method" button at the bottom of the page.
Your MonitorBase account will charge your bank account directly by default instead of charging any credit card you have on file previously.
