How do I update my credit card information?

Updating your credit card info in your MonitorBase account.

If you are a user paying for your own MonitorBase account, you need to update your credit card information within your account.

Simply click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.

Next, click “Billing Information.”

From here, select "Payment Information" on the left side.


Then, you will need to select "Credit Card."

After updating your payment details and accepting the terms, you can save the information, and the system will then consider this as your primary payment method for future transactions or services.
