How do I update my payment method?

To update your payment information for your MonitorBase account, please follow these steps:

 

Click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner and select “Billing Information.”

Next, select "Payment Information" on the left side.

Then, select the payment method you want to set up"Credit Card or ACH.”

If your primary payment method is by credit card, before entering the credit card information you will first need to agree to the terms (As shown below) and select “Pay with credit card."
After that, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information.

 

For all future transactions or services, the system will automatically process your primary payment method.
