MonitorBase has been keeping a close eye on developments in the cyberattacks linked to the SolarWinds Orion platform, identified in December of 2020. The malware associated with this attack has been named SUNBURST. We hereby state and confirm that neither MonitorBase nor its parent company, Lender Feed, uses or has used the SolarWinds Orion system on any of its networks or systems.
As a precaution and as part of our routine security practices, we have investigated our systems and are not aware of any impact due to this threat.
We will continue to monitor this situation, scan for additional vulnerabilities, and update our environment as applicable to protect against this threat.
