What is a MonitorBase Inquiry alert and what does it mean to you?
An inquiry alert is an alert notifying you that one of the contacts in your contact database has applied for a mortgage with a competitor. Inquiry alerts allow you to reach out and retain your client before they get too far in the process with a competitor. Quite often, they aren't completely sold on the other lender, and they will happily have a discussion with you to get a second opinion.
