MBai28 - New Home Buyer - Prospect has shown intent for a mortgage in recent months but does not have a mortgage reporting on their credit file yet. 

MBai37 - Home Buyer - Prospect appears to be renting a single family residence.  Address type is single family, no mortgage on file.  Meets credit criteria to be a homeowner.  Good candidate to stop paying rent and buy a home.

MBai39 - Home Buyer or Seller - Prospect has applied for a mortgage within the past 8 months and does not appear to have completed a transaction yet. Good opportunity to help with issues they may have been turned down for. 

MBai40 - Home Buyer or Seller - Prospect has a high predictive score indicating their credit-related behavior shows a high propensity to start a mortgage transaction within 120 days. 

MBai99 - Home Buyer - Your prospect's address on file has likely been listed for rent.  This is a good time to reach out, your prospect may be making a move.

MBai100 - Home Buyer or Seller - The prospect's property for the address on file has likely been listed for sale by owner.  This is a good time to reach out to see if they need financing for their new home or a referral to one of your agents. 

MBai106 - Home Buyer or Seller - The property for the address on file is likely listed for sale.  Good time to offer financing for the purchase of their next home.

MBai149 - Home Buyer - Contact is displaying home buyer behavior and has been reducing revolving credit card utilization over the past 6 months, likely improving total DTI.

MBai150 - Home Buyer - Contact was in the market for a home in the past 18 months, but has recently been reducing revolving utilization. Good sign they are getting serious about buying.

MBai160 - Home Buyer - Contact has shown past home buying behavior and has voluntarily closed multiple trade in the past 6 months. Likely in the market in the next 90 days.

MBai134 - Cash-out - VA loan with revolving debt. Based on estimated LTV they may be able to pay off all their revolving debt and keep their same or better interest rate with a 100% cash-out VA loan.
