Here at MonitorBase, we strive to make your experience using the system as simple and seamless as possible. With API integration, MonitorBase becomes even easier and efficient to use.
What is API integration?
When you open up your smartphone, you can get notifications for text messages, phone calls, emails, and third-party applications all in one place.
The idea behind API integration is similar; you can have all your notifications in one spot (within your CRM). Additionally, with API integration, the data from your CRM will upload automatically into MonitorBase so that you don’t have to worry about putting together a file to upload. The API integration can also automatically suppress any inquiry alerts for credit reports that you pulled yourself.
Setting up an integration with your CRM is of no cost to you.
